To save time, separate your containers — glass bottles to one side; and plastic bottles, drink cartons and cans to the other. Insert your containers one-by-one and let the Kiosk do the rest!
Make sure containers are uncrushed, so their barcodes can be scanned. 10¢ container lids - use the lid bins provided.
To donate your refund, scan the member number of Bassendean Preservation Group before starting your return. Choose
Member number C10692822 or use the barcode.
Help Bassendean Preservation Group with your discarded containers
BPG has a code so that you can choose to donate your ‘Containers for Change’ money when you recycle at the Moojebing Street Exchange Depot in Bayswater or at Bassendean - Self-Serve Kiosk in BIC Reserve.
This will help us continue our work revegetating Bassendean's reserves and foreshores.
Funds go towards ongoing operating expenses not covered by grants - essential things like insurance, web hosting, trailer registration, tea and coffee for our volunteers at planting sessions. It can be hard to fund the ongoing boring expenses and every little bit helps.

HOURS: Mon – Sat 8 – 4, Sundays 9 – 2. Closed on Public Holidays
Instructions:
• Park on the left
• Separate plastic lids from metal ones
• Place plastic lids in the wheelie bin near entrance
• Metal lids can be passed to the attendant over the counter
• Place bottles and containers in large plastic tub
• Follow the instructions on the board above the black tub
• Hit the red STOP button when your containers have gone through
• Take the receipt from the machine above the tub to the ATM unit and scan receipt
• Select SCHEME (NOT cash)
• Enter the Scheme No. when prompted. It is C10692822
• When Bassendean Preservation Group Inc comes up, press ENTER
• You will receive a receipt for the amount donated.
